As a consumer, you have the right to return your purchase without stating any reason. The cancellation period depends on the product category:
• 60 days for all products except engines and transmissions
• 30 days for engines and transmissions
The return period begins on the day you, or a third party authorized by you (excluding the carrier), physically receive the goods.
To exercise your right to return, please notify RF Automech Solutions UG clearly and in writing — either by post, fax, or email — of your decision to withdraw from the purchase contract.
If you return the purchase, we will refund all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs (if applicable), within the applicable cancellation period after receiving your cancellation notice.
The refund will be made using the same payment method you originally used, unless otherwise agreed. You will not incur any fees for the refund. We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or proof that they have been shipped.
The right of cancellation does not apply to:
• Goods made to your specifications or clearly customized
• Items that, due to their nature, are inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery
Please return goods in their original condition and, if possible, in the original packaging. Use additional outer protective packaging if needed. Returns should be sent as insured parcels — not freight collect (unfrei).
