
Consumer Cancellation Rights
A consumer is defined as any natural person who conducts a transaction for purposes that largely fall outside their trade, business, craft, or profession.
Right to Cancel
As a consumer, you have the right to cancel this contract without providing any reason. The cancellation period depends on the product category:
• 60 days for all products except engines and transmissions
• 30 days for engines and transmissions
The cancellation period begins on the day you, or a third party authorized by you (excluding the carrier), physically receive the goods.

Effects of Cancellation
If you cancel this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs (if applicable), without undue delay and no later than the applicable cancellation period after we are informed of your decision.
The refund will be made using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless otherwise expressly agreed. You will not incur any fees for this refund.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or proof that you have shipped them, whichever occurs first.
Exceptions to the Right of Cancellation
The right to cancel does not apply to distance contracts for:
• Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized
• Goods that are not prefabricated and were made based on an individual choice or decision by the consumer or clearly tailored to the consumer’s personal needs
The right to cancel expires prematurely in the case of:
• Goods which, due to their nature, become inseparably mixed with other items after delivery
Return Instructions
Please avoid any damage or contamination of the product. If possible, return the item in its original condition and packaging with all accessories and packaging components. Use additional outer protective packaging if needed.
If the original packaging is no longer available, please ensure that the replacement packaging provides adequate protection during transit.
Returns must be sent as insured parcels. Do not return goods freight collect (unfrei), as such packages will not be accepted.
Please note: These return instructions are not a prerequisite for effectively exercising your right to cancel but help ensure safe and timely processing.
Action in Case of Transport Damage
If your item arrives damaged:
• Do not use or alter the product or its packaging
• If the packaging is visibly damaged, ask the delivery person to confirm the damage in writing
