A consumer is defined as any natural person who conducts a transaction for purposes that largely fall outside their trade, business, craft, or profession.

Right to Cancel
You are entitled to cancel this contract within 60 days without providing any reason.
The cancellation period will expire 60 days after the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier), takes physical possession of the goods. Effects of Cancellation
If you cancel this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for the additional costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and not later than 60 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to cancel this contract. We will use the same means of payment for this refund as you used for the original transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the refund. We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods, or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
Exceptions to the Right of Cancellation:
The right to cancel does not apply to distance contracts for:
- The delivery of goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized.
- The delivery of goods which are not prefabricated and have been made based on an individual choice or decision by the consumer or are clearly tailored to the consumer’s personal needs.
The right to cancel expires prematurely for:
- The delivery of goods if, due to their nature, they become inseparably mixed with other items after delivery.
Return Instructions
Please avoid any damage or contamination of the product. If possible, return the product in its original packaging with all accessories and packaging components. If necessary, use protective outer packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, please ensure suitable packaging provides adequate protection against potential transport damage.
Do not return the product freight collect; instead, send it as an insured package.
Please note that the above instructions are not prerequisites for the effective exercise of the right to cancel.

- Do not alter the condition of the product and the packaging.
- Do not use the product!
