If several items are ordered together, you only pay the highest shipping costs once.
Note for NON-EU countries:
If applicable. Any customs fees incurred are to be borne by the buyer. Please note that there may be delays in delivery due to customs clearance.
If you order and receive payment between Monday and Friday by 1:00 p.m., shipping will take place on the same working day and delivery on the next working day (Mon-Fri).
Please note that there is no delivery on weekends (Saturdays and Sundays) or on public holidays.
Bulky goods and handling surcharges for certain items
For some items, more complex handling of shipping and packaging is necessary due to their dimensions, weight or nature, which is why additional bulky goods and handling surcharges are charged.
In the event of a return, bulky goods and handling surcharges cannot be refunded.
