Consumer Cancellation Rights

Effects of Cancellation

Should you decide to cancel, we will refund all payments received from you, including the costs of standard delivery, within 60 days of your cancellation notice. We process refunds using the same payment method you used, ensuring a smooth transaction without any additional fees. The refund may be withheld until we have received the returned goods or proof of their return.

Exceptions to Cancellation

The right to cancel does not apply to products that are made to your specifications, clearly personalized, or goods that cannot be separated from other items after delivery.

Return Instructions

Please return the goods in their original condition and packaging if possible, using protective outer packaging if necessary. Returns should be sent back as insured packages and not freight collect.
