Consumer Cancellation Rights
As a consumer, you are entitled to cancel your purchase within 60 days
without providing any reason. The cancellation period commences from the day
you, or a designated third party other than the carrier, receive the goods.

post, fax, or email with a clear declaration of your decision.
Effects of Cancellation
Should you decide to cancel, we will refund all payments received from you,
including the costs of standard delivery, within 60 days of your
cancellation notice. We process refunds using the same payment method you
used, ensuring a smooth transaction without any additional fees. The refund
may be withheld until we have received the returned goods or proof of their
return.
Exceptions to Cancellation
The right to cancel does not apply to products that are made to your
specifications, clearly personalized, or goods that cannot be separated from
other items after delivery.
Return Instructions
Please return the goods in their original condition and packaging if
possible, using protective outer packaging if necessary. Returns should be
sent back as insured packages and not freight collect.
Action in Case of Transport Damage
In the event of receiving damaged goods, do not use or modify the items.
Seek confirmation of the damage from the delivery personnel and contact us
immediately for guidance on how to proceed.
